Shipping policy

Shipping rates for the US have been estimated based on product sizes and weight. However, wood flowers often require much extra padding to keep them safe during shipping which can make final box size hard to predict.

Should these estimates be undercharged by $3 or more, you will be charged a separate invoice to cover the additional shipping costs that it will take to get to you. Should the estimate be overcharged by $3 or more, you will receive a refund for the portion of your shipping that was charged as an overage. 

If items not shipping within 2-5 business days, such as customized pieces or made to order arrangements, the processing time will be noted at the bottom of the listing in the description. Our pre-made arrangements and decor will typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders take between 7-14 business days to ship due to custom painting and drying time.

Wood & Word Blooms can never guarantee delivery by a certain date. When the item leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the shipping carriers. If a product gets damaged in shipping, please take photos of the box before it is even opened. By documenting with proper photos, we can file a report and get you a refund in addition to recreating the item if desired. Charges for this service will vary based on the situation, but will always aim to make the best effort to provide a fair and reasonable exchange for the inconvenience.
